Executive Director
Jean is the Director of the Integrative Therapy Institute.
Jean is also a Child Developmental Specialist, Autism Researcher and Parenting Coach. She has made her home in Vermont for 11 years and has three children, 2 with autism spectrum disorders.
Jean has lived in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont for over 12 years.

Scott is a software designer and is our technical advisor for ITI (he answers all of our questions with the web and our computers) as well as manages the money for the center. Scott is a father of 3 children, 2 of which have Autism spectrum disorder. Scott recently moved to Vermont from Massachusetts.
Anne Rutherford, M.A.
, Secretary
Anne has a M.A. in Health, Arts & Sciences with a concentration in Healthcare Systems. Her Master thesis was understanding how to reform the current healthcare system. Shes currently lives in Maryland.
Phoebe Sol, Librarian
Phoebe is a Reiki practitioner. She is also currently the official librarian of the Mind, Body, Spirit Wellness Library at ITI. She has two grown children and one grandchild. She is hoping to someday open a retreat center for wisdom education in Vermont.
Laurie Machell

Loraine Murray, Reiki Master and Herbalist
Loraine is a Reiki Master and Herbalist. Loraine is the former Director of the Maine Institute for the Healing Arts in Rockport, Maine. She left to study ethnobotany in Ireland for applications of healing in herbal medicine. She, her husband Ryan and their new daughter currently live in New Hampshire.

Sarah is a
faculty advisor, in the Health Arts and Sciences Programs at Goddard College, Plainfield, Vt. She is currently a licensed mental health counselor, licensed acupuncturist and herbalist. She has practiced mostly as a psychotherapist, with over a decade of experience in that field. She is influenced by client-centered and evidence-based psychotherapies. She has worked with people who are diagnosed with mild depression, anxiety, and attention disorders and who are ambivalent about taking the psychopharmacological medications prescribed to them.
