Practitioner/Instructor Good Faith Agreement of Professionalism
I understand that if I do not agree, I will not be able to hold a class at ITI.

I agree to the following:

Become a Member of ITI (free or paid)

Provide a professional class for my students.

Encourage my students to use the online registration form through the ITI website (statistically more students attend classes that they sign up for.)

Encourage my students to sign up for free membership (this helps with class registrations, notifications and cancellations.

Keep my professional training up-to-date.

Provide an up-to-date copy of my liability insurance to ITI (if applicable to modality).

Have all new students sign the Release/Waiver of Liability (Signed only once.)

Advertise my class through the most appropriate means necessary (this does not include the ITI website or general newspaper advertisements).

Use the online interoffice calendar myself to schedule my class/service (login info will be provided for all new therapists/instructors.

Add my event to the ITI webpage calendar and keep my page on the ITI website up to date.

Pay 10% of my earned class fees (If I charge for my class) goes to ITI as rent on the last day of the month(or the one time fee of $25.00 for a one time class up to 4 hours).

Do my best to be on time for my class.

Do my best to be present for my class.

Contact ITI staff for emergency class cancellations (less than 24 hours due to illness, etc. only).

Find a substitute teacher for my class, if I will be out for more than one class in a row.

Contact ITI staff regarding notice of class cancellation (1 week notice for students).

Contact ITI staff if I do not have any students after 3 classes (before 4th class) so I do not get billed for projected 10%.

To be consistent with my class schedule (for advertising purposes and for student scheduling).
